Frank Mejia was born in Bellflower, California and raised in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico. He earned his Bachelor’s in Art, Master’s in Art, & Single Subject Teaching Credential in Art, from California State University, Los Angeles. Frank has exhibited his work around Southern California. He currently lives & works in LA.
