BP/AR 514.13 Protecting Equal Rights to Education and Responding to Immigration Enforcement

 

• All students have the right to attend school safely and without discrimination, regardless of citizenship or immigration status.

• Schools must not solicit or collect information about a student’s or family’s immigration status.

• Student and family information may not be shared for immigration enforcement purposes without consent or a valid court order/judicial warrant.
