FIONA BALER

Fiona is a multimedia artist based in Los Angeles. They received their B.F.A from Pitzer College. Fiona’s practice is grounded in experimentation and exploration of new and perhaps foreign ways of artmaking. Combining and integrating seemingly opposing mediums is a core aspect of their practice. Fiona explores painting and printmaking, ceramics and photography, and drawing and digital manipulation, among other materials. Fiona is a poet, and often explores ways to combine image, text, and narrative into their work. Fiona’s work has been included in Hyperallergic and has been exhibited in galleries across Los Angeles.
