REQUIREMENTS
Upon graduation, a LACHSA student will have completed 225 credits. 160 of those credits are required courses in the 7 academic departments (which are listed below).
The remaining 65 credits may be earned through elective courses taken in your chosen art department.

The LACHSA curriculum meets the CSU/UC A-G requirements and all classes are UC approved.
​
All graduates must complete a minimum of 210 credits to graduate.
ENGLISH REQUIREMENTS
40 CREDITS - 4 YEARS
English 9 A/B (10 credits - 1 year)
English 10 A/B (10 credits - 1 year)
English 11 A/B (10 credits - 1 year)
English 12 A/B (10 credits - 1 year)
FINE ARTS REQUIREMENTS
10 CREDITS - 1 YEAR

When the FitnessGram standards are established, LACOE will require all students to continue to take P.E. every semester until the FitnessGram has been passed.
