Movement & Technical Theatre

Nick is currently working as a fight choreographer and actor in Los Angeles. Some of his training has been completed through the Society of American Fight Directors and hands on training with other professionals in the field. Nick has also spent the last three summer working at the Summer Arts Conservatory, located on LACHSA's campus, as an acting and stage combat teacher. For the last nine years, Nick has given lessons at high school Renaissance Faires on Shakespeare and stage combat/movement.

For the last four years, Nick has frequently worked on stage and backstage for the local Glendale Centre Theatre. Acting outside of the GCT has included productions such as A Doll's House, two productions of A Midsummer Night's Dream, and two productions of Romeo and Juliet (both as Romeo, and one completely in American Sign Language).

Another large part of Nick's outside life includes being a company member of Theatrical Education Group. This company provides theatre services to middle schools and high schools across Southern California. He is also a cast member of their annual production of Shakespearience, one of Southern California's largest educational field trips, at the Alex Theatre in Glendale.
