ALEX ROBERT HOLMES

Alex Robert Holmes is originally from St. Paul, Minnesota. He has been singing, acting and dancing in theatre from the age of 10. After graduating high school, Alex attended Southwest Minnesota State University (SMSU) in Marshall, MN where he obtained a B.A. in Theatre. He then moved to Las Vegas for 3 years where he attended the University of Las Vegas, Nevada (UNLV) where he received his M.F.A. in performance. Alex is currently living in Los Angeles, California as a working actor.

Alex has been lucky enough to be invited to perform at the prestigious Eugene O’Neill Festival with the new musical Home Street Home, where he originated the role of Special Ed. Some of Alex’s other credits include: Cats, Man of La Mancha, and The Courier in 1776. Alex has been seen in Glory Days as Skip, Dracula as Renfield, and Jon in Pest Control. As well as Jack from Into the Woods, Pippin in Pippin and Micky in Blood Brother just to name a few.

In the Summer of 2018 Alex booked two national commercials and recorded the cast album for the new punk rock musical Home Street Home.
